Information you provide

Our contact form collects your name, email address, telephone number, and optional message so we can respond to your inquiry. Our career application collects contact information, the role you are interested in, your location, availability, and a brief description of your experience. Please do not put private health information, client details, identification numbers, or sensitive documents in these website forms.

Intake through Aloha

Start Intake links open an intake form hosted by AlohaABA. Information submitted there is handled through that platform for MY ABA’s intake process. Website analytics do not receive the contents of the intake form. Review the notices and terms on the intake platform before submitting.

How we use information

We use inquiries to respond, discuss services and availability, and coordinate next steps. We use applications to review interest in employment and communicate with applicants. Website submissions are stored in the website’s database and are available to authorized people managing MY ABA’s website.

Service providers

Website hosting and storage providers process information needed to operate the site, including technical information such as request logs. Google provides website analytics when you allow it. AlohaABA hosts the linked intake form. These services may process information according to their own policies and our use of their services. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the site and its users.

Analytics and your choice

You can select Allow or No thanks in the analytics banner. Your preference is stored in your browser. You can change it using Privacy settings. When allowed, Google Analytics measures activity such as page visits and clicks on phone, email, and intake links. We do not send form responses to Google Analytics. Choosing No thanks does not prevent you from using the site or submitting a form.

Retention and requests

To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or deletion, or discuss how long it is kept, email info@myabacare.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where needed for legal or operational obligations.

Children and external links

This website is intended for adult caregivers and professionals. Children should not submit information themselves. External websites have their own privacy practices.
